Where Are the New Homes At Mueller?

Homes at Mueller: Where is the development heading when the current phase sells out? It's unclear at this time which builders will be selected for the next phase, and this short video shows the street at Berkman - the dividing line between the current phase and the original next phase. The next phase would have surrounded the Control Tower - which still sports its Noel signs from the holidays. Now, it is likely to run towards along Berkman towards Simond Avenue.

The new houses there will then be perfectly located for the Lake Park and future Mueller town center.

Mueller Home For Rent

There aren't a large number of homes at Mueller Austin for rent on the average. Currently the only one that's available is the former Meritage model. Meritage have left the building, and only have one home left to sell. While it's unclear which builder(s) will succeed in putting new homes on the next phase of lots to be released, competition must surely be high - homes have sold faster in this development than anywhere else in Austin.
