What's in store at the Mueller Development 2010

Will there be new homes at Mueller in 2010? That's the question that it is very hard to get answered right now. The developer is remaining quiet on their announcements.

The builders are selling and renting their model homes. There are only a handful of homes left to build and sell with the current lots. So what's in store?

Certainly the town center and grocery need a critical mass of people to support them. The land needs to be developed, which requires critical capital. So in the light of all of this, it seems that it might be a quiet 2010 for homes at Mueller.
