Greenway at theMueller Development

The Mueller Development has a fifth of its land set aside for parks, public spaces and greenway, and despite less than 4% of the residents being present, half of the parks are.

Tom Miller is the street that flanks Airport Boulevard for the first phase of the Mueller development. The uninterrupted green space encircling Mueller Austin means that the homes on Tom Miller have a clear view of the park, and no front neighbors. The design of the master planned community at the old airport means that all single family homes have alley access at the back. So the homes on Tom Miller have no back neighbors either!
