Mueller in Austin Parade of Homes

Mueller is set to star in the 2009 Austin Parade of Homes. Muskin and Durrett Interests have already started construction on their 5 star green homes on Camacho. All homes are 3000-4500sqft, and the architects have some interesting plans to fit the homes on the 55x90 feet lots which are opposite Lake Park.

Mueller Austin Online

I just got access today to the website for Mueller Austin Homeowners. I was hoping for news and events, such as the Mueller Community Association meeting which is scheduled to start about now. No joy.

The site is still in very early stages of development and has a few useful links and presentations, but is not the central hub through which all community communication happens. This is still very much the purview of MuellerCommunity - the very active message board of residents and curious parties alike.

Single family homes at Mueller come in a variety of flavors - town homes, garden homes, and yard homes.

One thing they all share is an abundance of publicly accessible green space. The most recent opening was the Lake Park at Mueller [Nov. 12, 2008] bringing the total open public green space to 75 acres. With only 300 households resident at Mueller, we residents now enjoy 0.25 acres of green space each!
